May 4. Body Hauling: Examining the Ways We Carry Dead Things With Us

In this lesson, I'll share what I recently noticed about my approach to the death of expectations in my most important relationships. I'll share it in the form of a detailed analogy about the work it takes to move a body that is dead and naturally decomposing. This may be stark and jarring for some, so I am trusting you to care for yourself as you watch and listen to this, and all lessons inside the ILID Course. We'll follow my sharing with yours as I invite you to speak to whether and how you relate to my body-hauling tendencies. We'll close by collecting what we gathered in the time together, and holding it as we take it with us into the rest of the coursework.
